Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will enter the processing or shipping phase, and cancellation will no longer be possible. To request an order cancellation within the permitted timeframe, please contact our customer service team promptly.
Return
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions: they must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, we will process a refund or exchange.
